LivinGreens café offers a delicious variety of innovative, vegan dishes. Choose from a menu of Asian and Western favourites, ranging from brown rice sets, noodle soup to pasta and salads. All created to be high in taste and nutrition.
Our sauces, marinades and salad dressings are lovingly made from scratch daily using fresh ingredients.
We serve filtered water at the table and also use it in our cooking. The food we offer is low in salt and oil. We do not use white refined sugar at all. Our desserts are given a health-enriching sweet touch with molasses and palm sugar instead.
Bite-sized pieces of potato with a light sprinkling of home-made curry powder, freshly baked, served with soy mayonnaise and a pumpkin seed dip – children especially like this!
Freshly-baked tofu topped with sweet & sour sauce made from balsamic vinegar, fresh chillies etc.
Silken tofu with sauce made from fresh pesticide-free young toon leaves, specially sourced from a farm belonging to Barbara’s friend. Young toon leaves are especially high in antioxidants.
